I am not sure, the doctor said to me it is not good to put my child on a nebulizer when she have asthma as it may affect her heart, on the other hand I hold been told that the blue reliever inhaler should be given within minimun dosis as it may affect the heart, others say is the brown preventer inhaler, which is the worst? What inhaler affects the heart surrounded by ashmatics children?
Ventolin ; the blue inhaler is a beta agonist drug that act on the beta receptors in the lungs to mete out the effects of broncho- dilation thus relieving an asthma attack or wheezing.
The same beta receptors are activated surrounded by the heart muscle resulting in (tachycardia) fast heart rate which is usually noticed by relatives who use that puffer. it may also result in electrolyte shifts ( in principal potassium) and tremor if used in excess.
Children receive their inhalers via metered dosed devices and own specific doses that differ from those of adults.
overall the rapis heart rate is well tolerated unless your child have a bad heart.

i wouldask the doctor so you are not miss given the verbs answer because it is a child you are asking about
Albuterol can incentive the heart to beat extremely fast- is that the medicine your child uses within the nebuliser? Xopenex is a similar drug that is easier surrounded by the heart- I use it because I have have heart problems. I don't know if Xopenex is okay for kids; check with the Dr. or pharmacy.
Not sure which ones your discussion about, I own done 7 different types and they all fetch that warning
If the Blue one is Xopenex, I be down to 1 puff a day on that I finally give it up
