If you are scared or have just run up a flight of stairs it would cause it to be in motion up. Mine is about 120 to 160 and I don't anything to receive it go giant and my Dr. doesn't seem too worryed in the region of it. I do at times. If your is higher consequently normal check near your Dr. and see what the problem might be it could be nothing. Better out of danger then sorry .
