What is a body's defense system?

what is it, and how does it keep germs outWhat is a body's defense system?
The skin and white blood cell are a couple of factors. Other than that, wikipedia can provide a more detailed answer.
It s a bit more complicated than that. The skin is the largest organ providing us next to protection.
This is different than our immune system that works at defending your body from invading microscopic organisms that could impact your health.
The eye end keeps ruins out of the eye. Nostril hairs backing to keep pollutants and irritants out of the airways. The fleece and wax in our ears, help to keep jetsam away from our hearing centre.
There are multiple systems at work in the human body.
The immune system
Now specifically a BIG question, so I will try and simplify it for you to take in in layman's jargon. The body's defence system is call your "immune system". It is made up of many complex organisms. One of them is call your "T Cells". Very important, because if you loose them, and you can to the HIV/AIDS virus, and a simple cold will destroy you. Now what the immune systems does is not exactly "keep germs out", it "kill germs on contact". Those germs it can't kill require you to see a doctor and carry a prescription to help "kill" the germs. The best entry you can do for your immune system is to "take righteous care of it". Don' t smoke, drink within moderation. eat breakfast (everyday), get through properly and exercise - even your Brain - read and grow a brain! Only You and You Alone can keep your "body defences" within top shape. Now, limit the use of your computer and run shoot some hoops!
