What condition is it when blood seep from the skin?
There is a disease called Ebola Hemorrhagic Fever which cause this but it isnt common surrounded by the developed countries (although it kills 1000s surrounded by Africa). See link below.
If the soul is on blood thinning medication blood seepage through the skin is a complication of overdoseage.
I think they ring up that bleeding.
