i learned surrounded by a study that typically, viruses require a host cell to reproduce. What happen when a virus reproduces is they inject their DNA into the host and turn it into a virus-producing factory. after the required number of viruses is produced, when the cell cant hold anymore, it literally bursts, departure the new virus to wreak havoc of their own.
