I have run into so heaps problems when I try to drink anything. I for one HATE water. hello it have no flavor. haha. my doctor says win use to it cause this is a existence long disease. I like flat ginger-ale but after a while you achieve sick of it. what can i drink that is past the worst BESIDES WATER? please help me..What do we drink when we hold IC?

There are not that many things that are clearly okay, but in attendance are quite a few that might be okay. So you may call for to do some experimenting to see what works for you. I personally found that grape liquid didn't bother my IC.
The other thing you could do is transport a Tums when you drink something that is more sour. I would take them to alkalinize my urine when I made a dietary "mistake." There is a newer product call Prelief that apparently does the same piece, but I haven't tried it.

Try flavored water. It taste like liquid or lemonade, but does not have the calories that liquid and lemonade have.
Propel, Aquafina, and Dasani adjectives have flavored bottled river. It is not much more expensive than normal bottled marine.
