I'm going for a diabetes test and am concerned that dependable foods and drinks could show a false positive. What foods or drinks explanation a soaring reading on a blood sugar try-out for diabetes?
Just don't eat anything for give or take a few 12 hours before the exam. This is called a vigorous. No coffee or juice any. Just some water.
carbs, sweet drinks, fruit, anything that turns to sugar surrounded by the body, like white bread. I believe you may enjoy lean meat and some greens, not peas.
i have diabetes myself. probably the the best entity you could do is to not have any pop, sweet things, etc. if the tryout is in the morning, don't get through anything 10~12 hrs prior to the test. freshly have sea...in reality, the doctors encourage hose down drinking...(it helps lower your blood sugar)
swiftly for 12 hours before the tryout and you should be fine
I haven't known a blood sugar experiment that you haven't had to swift for. I would make sure you don't chomp through anything sugary including juice, oranges, white breads the hours of darkness before. Fast for atleast 12 hours beforehand your test and you should be fine.
My mom have diabetes. The one food that makes her BS stratum sky rocket is potatoes (starch). Just a little is plenty to make it move about in the 400's.
