What could this denote?

cramps in your legs everyday. potassium less? dehydration? ?What could this denote?
I had be having horrible cramps surrounded by my legs and sides for over a year. They were so fruitless I was have panic attacks when I would enjoy one in public. Everyone kept saw I needed some potassium, so I would always rob some. It did seem to oblige some but not enough. When things get so bad that I be having 5 a year or more I started doing research and found out that not only potassium deficiency but also calcium deficiencies can motive this. I started taking a high potency multivitamin and extra calcium and I haven't have one single cramp since. Hope that helps..upright luck!
yes especially with diabetes both could be doing that
Potassium negative amount. Do you take a potassium supplement? Do you purloin a diuretic? If you're on a diuretic you should be on a prescription potassium supplement. You may need one anyway, even minus the diuretic. Over-the-counter potassium supplements will give you diarrhea. Contact your doctor asap. In the meantime, bananas, potatoes, cooked dry beans are adjectives good sources or dietary potassium, or return with an OTC multi-vitamin containing potassium.
Good luck and good form.
