What does it tight-fisted...?

What does it mean when a individual finds blood in their defecation? I found a touch blood in my defecation final night.What does it tight-fisted...?
The flush could some form of foods such s tomatoes. I get this everytime I munch through tomatoes. . Or it could be some external hemorrhoids. Persistent diarrhea could also cause this irritation of the lining of the intestines.
I wouldn't be so concerned if it's a one time episode. Just observe for further and frequent reoccurrence.
Avoid straining during ending . Eat a high fiber diet. Eat plentifully of fruits and vegetables and drink a lot of fluids.
It's probably a small hemorrhoid or swollen capillary that bled. Keep an eye on the problem and if it continues, let your doctor know. If the blood is bright red, it isn't expected to be serious. If, however, the blood is dark or purplish, run to a doctor or ER.

Depends. Was it bright red blood that you notice upon wiping, later was gone? If so, could only just be a haemorrhoid - especially if it also stings a little bit when you poo. You can of late get an over-the-counter cream for that.. sometimes they simply go away on their own.
If it be a bit darker, and your bowel behaviour are different, then walk see a doctor. You might need a colonoscopy or something newly to check everything's normal contained by the GI tract. Especially if there's a family history of colon cancer. Also, achieve some blood tests to generate sure your haemoglobin levels are ok, and you're not anaemic.
The dark the blood is, (and the smellier), the more likely it is to enjoy come from further up the gastro tract (like small intestines, stomach) so give a moral description to your doctor.
