youll own what you think is a tooth twinge that wont stop hurting then you will make out white spots in your mouth underneath your tongue which also hurts then as the cancer spreads your cheek bone will start comming out .hope you can get relief soon my husband has mouth cancer and have to have a avant-garde neck dissection
