What food should psoriasis patients avoid?
too much dairy. Sea water is great and UV fluffy - go to Turkey and hold a turkish bath - it worked for my Uncle, a life-long chronic and unpromising psoriasis sufferer
oily, fatty foods
such as pizza, quick food, ice cream, cake...exc.
greasy foods
If you are on the right treatment you can eat anything, I do.
Not an answer to your interview per se, but just to enunciate that rubbing the inside of a fresh banana skin on the inflamed areas really helps! Sounds crazy but it works.
My mum avoids dairy products and that help for her. I didn't think here was an across-the-board problematic food.
not sure - but categorically the best thing my dad ever used be a henna based product - it really does wonders - to the point where on earth its not even visible (in his hair)& he doesn't ever gash at it any longer
