None that are prearranged about. It seem to be genetic and environmental, as in you can take a gene for life and never succumb unless you encounter the trigger contained by the environment.
Gout is different.
I believe the list contains chocolate, sugar, food colorings, food preservatives. (Probably, closely more).
Saddest part is that family who should not be eating chocolate and sugars and such, do have a feeling really sad because they do hurt, so they munch through candy to try to feel happier! So, this go round and round!
It isn't so much foods that trigger arthritis. It is a lack of calcium. When you aren't getting ample calcium, your body has to verbs it from somewhere. Your body will pull calcium from your bones. That, contained by turn, causes arthritis. The best regenerate supplement is cal/mag with a 6:3:1 ration.
Not sure in the order of the specific triggers but I read that Apple cider Vinegar has help some people near pain nouns.

Foods typically do not trigger arthritis. It is more feasible the wear and tear of aging or an autoimmune disorder. Food can
however be of lend a hand for sufferers. For example, eat more
sulfur-containing foods such as : asparagus, eggs, garlic and
onions. Sulfur is needed for repairing and rebuilding bone,
cartilage, and connective tissue, and aids near calcium
absorption. Other worthy foods include green leafy vegetables (supply vitamin K), fresh vegetables, non-acidic fruits, whole grain, oatmeal, brown rice and fish.
