What do i do for cracked split fingers?

suffer from chapped rough skin on hands and start cuts on fingers . please help!!What do i do for cracked split fingers?
try putting vaseline balm or aquaphor ointment on the hand and put some cotton gloves (can get at pharmacy) on at dark and wash past its sell-by date in am. can also use a couple of hulking baggies and loose string to tie them on...

I work for a dermatologist. What you need to do is super epoxy resin the cracks on your fingers at night up to that time you go to bed. Get them closed up as best you can next to the glue. Once they start invigorating and there are no cracks to epoxy resin closed, start putting vaseline on your hands at dark and wear white cotton gloves to bed. This works wonders.

i hold tried tons of different creams and none really heal. what i hold noticed is that for chapped hand, creams with oatmeal and or almond work the best. i would reason for the splits you need an salve or balm. i was told also that for creams to work best you should exfoliate first. again for the chapped hand, try oatmeal or almond by Yardley or Lubriderm with oatmeal.
