There are many symptoms for cancer and they depend where on earth the cancer is located. But general s/s are:
1) over-eager and constant pain
2) wound that never heal
3) discharge
4) changes contained by shape, size and appearance
5) fever of unknown core, fatigue and loss of weight
Some lung cancer make hormone-like substances that affect blood calcium level, affecting nerves and muscles and causing fragility and dizziness.

However, if you don't have any other symptoms; I don't meditate your dizziness alone constitute cancer.
Most common is loss of a consignment, a tumor, a pain.
