The best point to do is find out what kind of mold you are allergic walk so you can attack it the right way. If you are similar to me you are allergic to both. The best way is to save your home as clean as possible - nouns purifiers, hypoallergenic pillow/mattress covers, vacuum and dust often! I maintain an assortment of allergy medications and remedies around the house (some RX, some OTC). They adjectives seem to be hit or miss for me. I recommend trying different OTC medicine to see if that helps - and I outstandingly encourage you to try a saline solution close to SaltAire. Almost always backing with my congestion. If not you may want to hold it checked out and try some high-potent Rx stuff. Hope this helps!
Keep your surroundings capably aired, scrupulously clean and dry. That's the best you can do to try and control your environment.
Consider Health Kinesiology treatment to directly catch rid of your allergy and it's symptoms. It's a highly sucessful, non-invasive method. Google the permanent status for more info.
it is very meaningful to know if your allergens are outdoor or indoor allergens. Usually to trigger the allergy response it is a combination of allergens.
Take benadryl.
Invest in a dehumidifier, to remove moisture form the upper air.
Mold grows in soggy dark places. Also rid your home of indoor plants. The dirt can harbor mold spores.I've have indoor,outdoor,seasonal,perenn... allergies for 15 years.and allergies to the desensitizing shots. I 've had nouns with homeopathic remedies, a devout health food store carry a variety, they dissolve below the tongue.I still need to use Clarinex and sudafed. until the remedies appropriate effect.,good luck
