What can you do for a burn from a tanning bed?

I have done the gradual tanning and worked my instrument up to 10 minutes,thta I know was the wrong piece to do. I now own severe itching ALL over, my back, tops of my thighs and my stomach. It feel like a bunch of tiny ants crawling adjectives over and I just can't it ample then it burns to it. I get a shot of steroids, i am putting hydrocortisone cream and a RX cream, benedryl and allergy pill. Is there any suggestions on what to do to stop the itch? Please backing.What can you do for a burn from a tanning bed?
Use cool cloths on sunburned areas.
Take frequent cool showers or baths.
Apply soothing lotions that contain aloe vera to sunburned areas. Topical steroids (such as 1% hydrocortisone cream) may also help near sunburn pain and swelling.
A sunburn can mete out a mild fever and a headache. Lie down within a cool, quiet room to relieve the headache. A headache may be cause by dehydration, so drinking fluids may help.
There is little you can do to stop skin from crumbling after a sunburn-it is part of the restorative process. Lotion may help relieve the itching.
Other home treatment measures, such as chamomile, may facilitate relieve your sunburn symptoms.
Try lots of lotion to moisturize your skin, like aloe
Keep the skin moist beside the lotion, it will really help beside the itchy feeling.
Quit going to the tanning bed!
Solarcaine (sp?) or anything near Aloe in it!
