What cause this stern misery?

I have this little spasm on my back for a while in a minute. It is NOT pain cause my my spine. It is on the lower left foot side, right next to my spine.
The aching is not constant, it happens by and large when I am sleeping, or about to stir up, it is a dull pain not extremely strong.And it only happen on that side, not the right side.
Any one have any notion what it might be?What cause this stern misery?
sciatic nerve?
I hold pain resembling that but mine are from very colossal ovarian cysts
kidney ?
maybe you enjoy kidney stones..infection ?

probbaly a knott or a pull of a muscle when lifting- it might ensue when you're sleeping because one of your sides mighht have the fruitless muscle- maybe you might've broken a rib?
I don`t know you lift up something that be really heavy or if you are surrounded by yout period or something like to get may be the use too.
