What beverages can I drink beside slightly increased blood sugar?

I am taking a medication that increases my blood sugar and want to avoid diabetes. Can I drink fruit juices lacking added sugar? I don't like diet sodas. Thanks. What beverages can I drink beside slightly increased blood sugar?
I own type 1 diabetes, so I am always worried going on for what what to drink without the cinsequence of lofty blood sugar. Fruit2O is really good, so is Crytal Light. Diet Soda really isn't fitting for anyone, be careful of artificial sweeteners because they can do wacky things to your blood sugar. PLain marine is really a good choice, and diet iced tea dosent love any different than regular. You can also find a lot of sugarfree juice in the grocery store. I would recommend those.
Talk to a dietician :) they will be joyous to answer in detail.
I suggest crystal flimsy, it has no carbohydrates and i believe little or no calories. You can also look into Propel, manufactured by Gatorade, it solitary has 10 calories. Other sport drink companies also make similar products. Another drink I love its Fruit 2 O, it has no calories and no carbs.
Fruits are organic starches and even natural, no-sugar added, fruit juice contain carbohydrates, so even those juices will incline your blood sugar.
I do suggest talking to you nutritionist for other alternatives, because wet does get boring really nifty, and just other look at the label of beverages, look for low carb and low calorie drinks.
