What could be the result in of the delusion impairment surrounded by my right eye?

In bright sunlight, there is closely of glare contained by my right eye. If I look down, I can see clearly through my right eye's peripheral figment of the imagination. If I wear sunglasses, my vision is somewhat restored. It is as if near is an opaque mass contained by my vitreous humor. I don't believe it is a problem with the cornea or lens. Apart from seeing an opthalmologist (no pun intended!), can someone convey me whether there is a condition / disease where on earth the vitreous humor becomes crystalised contained by spots? What could be the result in of the delusion impairment surrounded by my right eye?
Even if someone can tell you online, don't you focus you should see a doctor? Cataracts contribute to cloudy vision, but I'm not a doctor and if I be I wouldn't be able to examine you online.
I did a dig out for "cloudy vision" and wrongdiagnosis.com has a document of 33 diseases where cloudy reverie is a symptom. Check it out.
And see your doctor.
All the best!
